These Terms apply to purchases from Moo Knit AS. For consumer purchases, mandatory consumer protection rules apply in addition to these Terms.

2. Products & Made-to-Order Production

Our garments are made to order. Production begins once your order is confirmed. Estimated lead times are shown on product pages and in checkout; we will notify you of material deviations.

3. Prices, Currency & Taxes

Prices are displayed in NOK as default and may be shown in other currencies for convenience.

For the United States and the United Kingdom:
Import taxes and duties are not included in the checkout price and will be charged locally by the carrier before delivery or at pickup.

For all other countries:
All applicable taxes, VAT/GST, customs duties and brokerage/clearance fees are included in the price you pay at checkout. You will not be charged any additional import costs on delivery.

If an unexpected import charge is requested by the carrier, please contact us before paying so we can resolve it, or send us the receipt if you’ve already paid so we can reimburse you where applicable.

4. Order Confirmation

A binding agreement is formed when you receive an order confirmation by email. Please review it and contact us promptly if you notice any errors.

5. Payment & Time of Charge

We accept Visa/Mastercard/Vipps/PayPal/Klarna.

Made-to-order items: We charge your payment method at the time of purchase. This is because we initiate production immediately and payment authorizations typically cannot be held for more than 30 days by payment processors.

For invoice/instalment methods offered by third parties, their terms apply between you and the payment provider.

6. Shipping & Delivery

We ship with Bring in Norway and DHL to other countries. Estimated delivery times are informed during purchase. Risk passes to the consumer upon physical receipt. Uncollected parcels may be returned; we may deduct our actual costs for handling uncollected shipments where permitted by law.

7. Right of Withdrawal (Consumers)

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you (or a third party designated by you) receive the goods.
Details on how to exercise your right of withdrawal, return instructions, and any applicable conditions are set out in our separate Returns & Exchanges Policy available here.

Note: Under applicable law, the right of withdrawal may be limited for goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized. Where this applies, it will be stated clearly on the product page and/or during checkout.

8. Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once returned items are received and inspected, in accordance with our Returns & Exchanges Policy.

9. Defects & Warranty

Consumers have rights under mandatory consumer law (e.g., the Norwegian Consumer Purchases Act). If your item is defective, contact us with your order number and a description/photos. Remedies may include repair, replacement, price reduction or cancellation as provided by law.

10. Liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses unless caused by intent or gross negligence. For business customers, any liability is limited to the purchase price of the item(s).

11. Privacy

We process personal data in accordance with applicable law. See our Privacy Policy for details on purposes, legal bases, retention, sharing and your rights.

12. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, war, strikes, pandemics, governmental actions, major outages at carriers or payment providers) for as long as such event persists.

13. Intellectual Property

All content on the website (text, images, design, trademarks) belongs to Moo Knit AS or its licensors and may not be used without prior written consent.

14. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version applicable to your purchase is the one presented at checkout and confirmed in your order confirmation.

15. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by Norwegian law without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. This does not limit mandatory consumer protections under the law of your country of residence. Disputes should first be sought resolved amicably. Consumers may bring claims before the Norwegian Consumer authorities or competent courts. Unless mandatory law dictates otherwise, the venue is Oslo District Court (Oslo tingrett).
