I loveeeee it! Im a huge fan from singapore! Genuinely appreciate the effort, love and time put into this business. Plus the quality and deisgn ia superb 🩷 Thank u. Just a suggestion, would be lovely if an alternate instalment app for the rest of the world is made available like atome 🩷

My only complaint is now I want all the colors and styles. So beautifully made and the quality is unmatched.

I am really disappointed about everything.
I placed an order for the snofrid purple sweater, I was really excited to receive it.
The package was delivered without any care, in a normal paper bag as if it was something cheap and not something for the amount of almost 500 euro. I was expecting a nice box or more care about an item so expensive.
When I opened the package I noticed that the item was not the one I ordered but a different one. But this can happen, mistakes can happen.
They asked me to return it, which I did quickly.
After almost two weeks, even if the tracking number showed that the wrong item was delivered, they didn’t send me the refund but they asked me to send the item back again because of a mistake they made, the package was not picked up or whatever.
Anyway, at the end of everything they finally managed to process my refund, charging me 20 euro for the delivery.
I find it really embarrassing and ridiculous how they Behaved,not at all professional and it’s quite sad to charge me so much money for a mistake they did.
